Reservation and Cancellation

Examples of our cancellation policy

 

For reservations within seven days:

 

If canceled or modified up to 7 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled or modified from 7 days before date of arrival, as well as no-show, 100 percent of the price of the entire booking will be charged.  An advance payment is not necessary.

The full booking amount is payable at the latest upon check-in.

 

Reservations up to two days before arrival:

 

If canceled or modified up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If canceled or modified from 2 days before date of arrival, as well as no-show, 100 percent of the price of the entire booking will be charged.  An advance payment is not necessary.

The full booking amount is payable at the latest upon check-in.

 

Last minute reservations:

 

If canceled or modified on the date of arrival, or no-show, 100 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. An advance payment is not necessary.

The full booking amount is payable at the latest upon check-in.

 

Direct bookings:

 

We only accept guaranteed reservations.

Payment: in advance via Sofortüberweisung or Paypal.

All cancellations, modifications or no-shows will be charged 100 percent of the price of the entire booking from the date of booking.

The entire booking amount is due immediately upon booking.

 

Our general terms and conditions change during trade fairs, concerts, festivals and other events:

Prepayment of the total amount of the reservation (for the entire stay) is due at any time from the day of booking.

 

Unfortunately we do not accept any assumption of costs!  The entire booking amount is to be paid upon arrival at the latest if no advance payment has been agreed.

 

Please note:

 

  • A reservation request does not constitute a booking.
  • Our registration forms must be filled out by the guest on site.  We reserve the right to compare the entered data (including the number of the ID document) with the ID document to be presented
  • Check-in / Check-out: From Monday to Thursday, check-in takes place between 3:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. on the day of arrival, alternatively by arrangement.  Check-in on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the days before public holidays is only possible by prior arrangement.  Check-out is between 00:00 and 11:00.
  • Children from the age of two pay the full price.
  • Please note that bookings with third party credit cards are not possible.  The credit card holder must bring the credit card with them at check-in and present a valid ID and signature.
  • Our breakfast can be booked and costs extra.
  • Pets must be requested and confirmed by us in advance and are extra.  Please note that pets are not allowed to stay alone in the hotel!
  • Do not smoke! Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building.  In the event of a violation, an extra € 200,00 per day and per person will be charged.  We reserve the right to evict and to file a complaint. You will not get any money back.
  • No one is allowed to enter the hotel rooms if they have not booked, paid for and checked in a room with us.  If you violate this, we will ban you from the house, you will not receive any money back and we will file a complaint against accommodation fraud.
  • Food cannot be prepared in the room. Electronic devices that are suitable for this must not be connected to the mains and/or operated, also for reasons of fire protection.
  • If you lose the key, we charge € 100,00.
  • If you leave belongings at the hotel, they will gladly forward them to you. Please understand that the prices including postage must be paid in advance.
  • A check-out after 11:00 a.m. costs the current room rate and you must leave the hotel by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure if an extension has not been confirmed by us.  If the luggage stays in the room longer, you pay an extra night, but the room will be cleared.
  • If you do not need your room cleaned every day, we would ask you to come and see us anyway, so that we can see that you are well and that everything is in order in the room.
  • Celebrations and bachelor parties are prohibited in the hotel.



House rules


  • Please do not smoke! In the event of a violation, € 200.00 per day and per person will be charged extra. We reserve the right to evict and to file a complaint.
  • Visitors to the room are not permitted. No one is allowed to enter our house and the hotel rooms if they have not booked, paid for and checked in a room with us. If you violate this, we will ban you from the house, you will not receive any money back and we will file a complaint against you because of accommodation fraud.
  • Pets are allowed on request (must be confirmed by us), cost extra and cannot be left alone in the room.
  • Food cannot be prepared in the room. Electronic devices that are suitable for this must not be connected to the mains and/or operated, also for reasons of fire protection.
  • Taking objects from the hotel restaurant is prohibited and will result in a complaint.
  • Candles or other sources of fire are prohibited. In the event of a violation, we will ban you from the premises, charge you an extra € 100.00 and reserve the right to file a complaint.
  • Please note the quiet times. Music may only be played at room volume.
  • Please do not use the toilet as a rubbish bin!
  • Weapons and drugs are strictly prohibited in our house! In the event of a violation, we will ban you and report you!
  • If you lose the keys, we will charge € 100.00. This must be reported and paid for immediately.
  • If you leave belongings at the hotel, we will gladly forward them to you. Please understand that the prices for this including postage must be paid in advance.
  • A check-out after 11:00 a.m. costs the current room rate and you must leave the hotel by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure if an extension has not been confirmed by us.
  • Children from the age of two pay the full price.
  • Our breakfast must be booked in advance and costs extra per day and per person.
  • Our breakfast times are Monday to Friday from 7.00 a.m. to 9.30 a.m. Saturday, Sunday and public holidays 8 a.m. - 9.30 a.m. A booked breakfast cannot be canceled free of charge - you pay 100%.
  • If you enter the house with dirty shoes and leave the room dirty, you pay a cleaning fee of € 100.00.
  • Children are not allowed to stay alone in the hotel.
  • We do not accept guests residing in Stuttgart and the surrounding area.
  • Celebrations and bachelor parties are prohibited in the hotel room.
  • If you do not need your room cleaned every day, we would ask you to answer the door anyway, so that we can see that you are well and that everything is in order in the room.
  • Devices you bring with you, such as laptops, smartphones, etc. must not be switched on or plugged in when you are not in the room.
  • Please do not hang wet laundry in the room or in the shared bathrooms.
  • Please turn off the tap when you leave the room, bathroom or toilet.
  • Please turn off the light when you leave the room.
  • Please turn off the fan before leaving the room.
  • Please do not store things outside on the windowsill.
  • It is forbidden to take food away from the buffet.
  • Out of consideration for the other guests, we would like to ask you not to work on your laptop in the restaurant (breakfast and dinner).
